"Perfect Delivery"
The construction and delivery went smoothly without any hitches. The way it was packed for shipping was just perfect. Plus, my PC showed up ahead of schedule. I checked all the connections and powered it on. Super pleased with how it turned out. The cable management is truly impressive. I just wish I could get a second build right now! But honestly, I've got top-notch gear for my budget and zero complaints.

"Avadirect Delivers Amazing PCs"
This computer is fantastic! They offered some solid suggestions and even covered the cost of an upgrade for me. The staff was super friendly, and I managed to finance it over 12 months, which helped me snag my dream machine. Plus, it came with a warranty! If you choose the diamond option, they even throw in the leftover thermal paste. Avadirect has always treated my family well; they built my old PC and my mom's too. Just a heads up, it does take them a bit to put everything together. BUT NOW I HAVE RAY TRACING!

"Awesome device, reasonable cost"
Fantastic service and a reasonable cost. The computer arrived just as I requested and wasn't filled with unwanted junk. It performs wonderfully, and I’ll definitely get my next device from this seller.

"Disappointing Experience with Customer Service"
I was really hopeful and eager to order a custom machine from AVA Direct. I carefully selected all the components, did my homework, and sought assistance on a few builds to ensure there wouldn’t be any performance issues. Initially, I got a quick reply about making some adjustments—awesome! I provided additional details, and then... crickets. Two days later, I sent more info to nudge the sales rep, but still nothing. Another representative contacted me saying, "Welcome to AVA Direct, just let me know if you have any questions!" Well, I had questions and sent them in. Still, no response. I reached out to both again a few days later. Zip. And yes, I checked my spam folder and all that. I’m really let down; I loved my build and put in a lot of effort, but I can’t rely on them to deliver if they can’t even take a moment to SELL me something I’m ready to buy.

"A buddy suggested Avadirect to me"
A buddy suggested Avadirect to me, and I gotta say, I haven't looked back! Right from the get-go, I was impressed with their website and how simple it was to navigate and customize my options. Plus, I got to chat directly with Kyle to wrap up some details and get valuable advice about my setup. I've been using my rig for nearly 2 months now, and I'm absolutely thrilled! On top of that, the keyboard and mouse that came with the tower are FANTASTIC, and I'm really enjoying them!

"My second buy from AVADirect..."
I recently made my second buy from AVADirect, and I gotta say, both of my systems have been spot on. Their customer support was quick to respond, and the time it took to build and ship was super speedy. The most recent setup is an HTPC, and I’d totally recommend their stuff.

"Awesome First-Time Experience"
I found out about AVADirect through Braethorn on YouTube, who did a comparison of several system integrators, and I was instantly drawn to their offerings! Even though I did a lot of digging into the components I wanted, this was my first time building a PC, so I felt way more at ease having a pro put it all together, and let me tell ya, I was in great hands!

Navigating the website was a breeze with the PC Customer Builder. I managed to pinpoint exactly what I was after, and I really appreciated having a ton of choices available, especially after all that research I did on the specific parts I wanted. Plus, I got 3 free digital games with my order!

I also liked that Bread Financial was an option for payment since it let me break my $2,700+ setup into 12 easy, interest-free payments! No hidden fees, and shipping was on the house!

I reached out to AVADirect right after I placed my order because I realized I had mistakenly picked a part I didn’t want. It was after hours, and I was a bit worried, not knowing if I had to cancel my order to make changes and risk any cancellation fees if it went into the Processing Phase. I left a voicemail and shot off an email, and thankfully, Craig C from Tech Support got back to me the next business day, making it super simple to adjust my order before it was processed.

I also appreciated that Zhanna A from Customer Support reached out the same day to give me some options to speed up my order, which was awesome since I found some cheaper alternatives. It was really nice of AVADirect to value my time and suggest ways to get my product built and shipped as fast as possible.

Everyone I interacted with was friendly and knew their stuff. It only took 16 days for my order to arrive after I placed it, and out of that, just 2 days were for shipping. For extra security, FedEx needed to scan my ID/Driver's License to confirm delivery. Everything was professionally set up, I got all the manuals for each part of my PC, and it was super easy to get everything running.

A few days later, I chatted with Brandon from Tech/Customer Support, who quickly found my order and gave me more info about installing Windows. I barely had to wait on hold before getting connected to Brandon, and he was really patient with me.

So, for my first time having a PC built, I can’t recommend AVADirect enough for a smooth and hassle-free experience for anyone wanting to dive into the PC gaming world!

"Avadirect Rocks!"
After checking out various PC building websites, I stumbled upon Avadirect. Their options for customization blew the competition out of the water, which is why I went with them. With the assistance of one of their fantastic team members, we crafted a powerhouse of a computer. Even though I had to change a couple of components to dodge a long wait, I'm really pleased with what I got. The computer showed up super quick after passing all the quality checks, and it was packed really well. Everything was in perfect condition, and the cable management exceeded my expectations. I've never been this thrilled with a PC before. I’d totally suggest Avadirect to anyone looking to build a new rig.

"Comprehensive Review of AVA-Direct"
I've bought three PCs from AVA-Direct over the years, but it took me a while to finally write a review, especially after my latest purchase. I hope this write-up about my experiences helps anyone considering a PC from this company, as the custom PC market is vast, and finding a reliable and trustworthy company to spend your hard-earned cash on a high-end gaming rig can be tricky. I've aimed to keep this review as unbiased as possible, so readers can get a fair and thorough understanding of AVA-Direct before they decide to buy.

1. The Website: AVA-Direct's site is pretty decent, focusing more on variety than making PC purchases super streamlined (They've recently introduced an Insta-builder option for quick setups, though). Pre-built systems are prominently displayed; you can customize them after selecting or just buy them as is. However, the pre-builds are organized by motherboard/CPU chipset, which can limit your options (For example, if you pick an Intel pre-built, you’ll only see Intel-compatible parts. Choosing a motherboard model locks you into that model too, like Z690 or B550, so make sure you know what you want before diving into a pre-built for customization. They also offer gaming laptops and servers, but my experience is solely with their desktop PCs.

2. Customization: AVA-Direct provides a huge array of options for every relevant PC component (From cases and graphics cards to fans and cooling setups), which has its pros and cons. If a PC part exists on the market, AVA-Direct likely has it. The clear upside is the extensive customization available with your order, similar to picking and buying the parts yourself. This level of choice is rare among most of AVA-Direct's competitors, who often limit their parts selection under the guise of 'consumer convenience' but really do it to save on costs by simplifying logistics. On the flip side, this means the responsibility of selecting parts falls on you…so you need to ensure your specs are right and that your chosen components will work together. Plus, not all parts are always in stock, so opting for more obscure options can delay processing by a week or more since AVA-Direct has to order them first. You can avoid this by sticking to their pre-built options, but I recommend doing thorough research on PC building and part compatibility/availability before placing an order. AVA-Direct will inform you of any incompatibilities in your order and suggest alternatives, but this can take time and is best sidestepped.

3. Price: Sadly, this variety comes with a price tag. While AVA-Direct's pre-built systems are generally competitive with others in terms of cost, placing a custom PC order will set you back about $100-200 more than if you bought the parts yourself. Although this is somewhat offset by their multi-year warranty, top-notch quality assurance/customer service, and overall convenience, you might want to stick to their pre-built options or look elsewhere if you're on a tight budget.

4. Processing: If you’re not going for a pre-built, AVA-Direct's order processing can take quite a while. It took me a month to get my PC after ordering, though I’d say the average wait is around 2-3 weeks, depending on how customized your PC is and where you’re located (AVA-Direct is based in Ohio). In return, though, you get a quality product, with no shortcuts that other builders might take, like messy cable management or untested parts.

5. Customer Service: I found AVA-Direct's customer service to be top-notch. I mainly communicated through their website messaging system, and they usually got back to me within a day (This can vary based on your time zone). I made a few mistakes in my build configuration, but AVA-Direct's reps, especially Aspram and Craig, were super helpful with their advice and quick to make any changes I requested (Some of which were pretty extensive), often at no extra charge. As I mentioned earlier, they’ll also reach out to you directly if there’s an issue with your order that you might not be aware of.

6. Quality Assurance: I’ve never faced any issues with the custom PCs I’ve ordered from AVA-Direct. Their multi-layered packaging is very secure, able to withstand careless handling from FedEx without any damage. It’s also clear that, unlike many other builders, they take the time to thoroughly test each build to ensure everything is working before shipping. This includes stress-testing the CPU and graphics card – they even include the logs in the PC files, which I replicated with my own tests. Because of this, I have little experience with their return/RMA process, as I’ve never had a reason to use it.

Overall, I can say I’ve been quite pleased with AVA-Direct. If you have some PC knowledge, the customization and ordering experience are smooth, and they’re quick to address any issues that pop up. While they might not be the cheapest builder out there, they definitely make up for it with their fantastic customer service and quality assurance. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years now, and I plan to keep it that way for the foreseeable future.

"Avoid Buying from Avadirect at All Costs"
Naturally, Avadirect isn’t going to showcase negative feedback on their own platform (that’s your first warning sign). Over two years back, I placed an order for a system. To this day, I have no solid evidence of delivery, leaving me out over $2700. On top of that, I was told I couldn’t access the 'free' digital download games until I got the hardware. Here’s what I found out about my order:

FedEx couldn’t figure out where they were on my property using their own GPS during delivery.
Their 'signature' wasn’t mine but looked like a cursive font from Microsoft Word.
The FedEx driver provided a vague description of the person who supposedly signed for the package, which only vaguely matched one of my neighbors who didn’t even own a computer.
My neighbor mentioned he spotted a FedEx truck but didn’t see them drop off anything.
After a so-called investigation, this speculation was deemed proof of delivery, and I was denied any reimbursement.
The hours of frustration I went through were unreal because Ava wouldn’t back their own customer. I had to reach out to FedEx and jump through a bunch of hoops. Maybe that issue was specific to FedEx, who knows? But what I do know is I had no say in the choice of carrier, and Avadirect’s site clearly states that a signature is needed for delivery. Clearly, no legitimate signature was provided, nor was any ID checked to confirm if there was indeed a person on my property who could sign for the product.

Moreover, I managed to buy parts with a better warranty and received them way quicker than the weeks it took for their process, all at a better price. Be cautious, Avadirect does not support their customers. It’s a real shame because they could’ve made a lot more money by just fixing this issue and keeping a loyal customer for years. Guess the management doesn’t get that or think about long-term gains, just how many quick one-off scams they can pull. I even asked to talk to someone higher up in management, but the rep told me it wouldn’t help and there was no point.

"Save your cash and time—learn from my mistake."
Naturally, avadirect isn't going to showcase negative reviews on their own platform (that's your first red flag). Over two years back, I placed an order for a system. To this day, I have no solid proof of delivery, leaving me out over $2700. On top of that, I was told I couldn't access the 'free' digital download games until I got the hardware. Here’s what I found out from my order:

FedEx couldn't figure out where they were on my property using their own GPS tracking during the delivery attempt.

The 'signature' they provided wasn’t mine; it looked like a cursive font straight from Microsoft Word.

The FedEx driver gave a vague description of the person who supposedly signed for the package, which only vaguely matched one of my neighbors who didn’t even own a computer.

My neighbor mentioned he spotted a FedEx truck but didn’t see them drop off any package.

After what they called an investigation, this guesswork somehow became proof of delivery, and I was left without any compensation.

The hours of frustration I went through were unreal, especially since Ava wouldn’t back their own customer. I had to reach out to FedEx and jump through a bunch of hoops. Maybe that issue was just with FedEx, but I know for sure I had no say in who the carrier was, and avadirect’s website clearly states that a signature is needed for delivery. No real signature was provided, nor was any ID checked to confirm if someone was actually on my property who could sign for the product.

Moreover, I managed to buy parts with a better warranty and got them all way quicker than the weeks it took for their process, and at a better price too. Just a heads up, avadirect doesn’t support their customers. It’s a real shame because they could’ve made a lot more money by just fixing this issue and keeping a loyal customer for years. Guess management doesn’t think about that or long-term profits, just how many quick one-time sales they can make.
